    SPONSORSHIP

If you are looking for sponsorship (i.e. event, publication, etc.), please use this form:

    Sponsorships

The Valley Wide Cooperative Sponsorship program is designed to support community events of local organizations. Generally, we sponsor events such as fairs, rodeos, and FFA & 4-H events with a monetary amount. As a farmer’s cooperative, we are passionate about agriculture and supporting the communities in which we serve. We receive many applications for sponsorship, and as a dedicated, community-driven organization, we take the time to process each and every sponsorship request received.

Ever-increasing requests for sponsorships, donations, and grants have compelled our company to alter our community programs. We have correlated and streamlined our processes to match our company’s social responsibility platform with helping local programs and organizations.

Going forward, all contributions and donation request forms must be submitted through our website at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the event or program. This notice will allow us to comply with our approval and distribution process. Any requests made in less than 60 days will be processed, but we can not guarantee a quick turnaround. We will respond within a month prior (30 days) to your event, if not sooner to let you know if your request has been approved or not.

Please be aware we do not sponsor individual foundations or individual participation.

SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETLY FILLED OUT FOR CONSIDERATION. ATTACHING A FLIER IS OK, HOWEVER, DESCRIPTION IS REQUIRED.

      GRANTS

If you are looking for a grant or donation greater than $500 and are a 501(c)(3) organization, please use this form:

      Grants

Our grant program is designed for any organization or group looking for a monetary or non-monetary donation from Valley Wide Cooperative. Over the last 3 years Valley Wide Coop along with matching funds from Land O’Lakes has donated nearly $200,000 through our benevolence fund.

      A Partner with our Community

We enjoy being of service to our community and making time to give back to the those that help to support us. Our objective is to be the dependable next door neighbor in every location that we are a part of, whether it is through benevolence, service or business.

This year Valley Wide Coop will be contributing up to 20 separate grants to local (non-profit) civic, cultural, arts, youth, educational, and community groups in our areas of impact. These funds will be issued to all groups chosen by our benevolence committee. We will offer preference to groups who can use the extra help as they may not have access to government grants, or other traditional revenue sources. If you can think of any groups who could use some assistance, we encourage you to have them contact us directly with their inquiries or complete the below application.

Although not exclusively limited to agriculture, donations are typically given to organizations that are affiliated or involved with agriculture. Valley Wide Cooperative also contributes to local organizations, educational groups, and youth groups that take place in the areas that we serve. Unfortunately, Valley Wide Cooperative is not able to donate to all organizations. Please be aware that we do not donate to individual foundations or sponsor individual participation.

Due to our size and being involved in so many different communities, Valley Wide Cooperative does not donate or sponsor individual school sports, club or team sports. Due to the amount of requests we receive, Valley Wide Cooperative makes one donation per group per calendar year. If you are part of a larger organization, please coordinate your requests accordingly.

We will respond within the calendar year to let you know if you were selected for the grant or denied.
